Braised Short Rib Stew
This week’s recipe brings together slow-braised short ribs, root veggies, and a full layer of Chef Paddy’s Kitchen seasoning magic.
We swapped the wine for Athletic Brewing’s Oktoberfest non-alcoholic brew, letting it blend with beef stock, tomato paste, and Worcestershire for that deep, roasty backbone.
What comes out of the Dutch oven?
Fall-apart ribs, caramelized vegetables, and a sauce so rich it practically hugs the spoon.
