Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime (more to taste)
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- 1 small garlic clove, finely minced or grated
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced (optional)
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Optional: dash of cumin or smoked paprika for depth
Instructions
