Chef Paddy’s Famous White Peach Sangria

Built for the backyard and strong enough to get Auntie Pattie dancing—Chef Paddy’s Party Pitcher White Peach Sangria (Big Batch Edition).

Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle White Zinfandel or Moscato
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced (or use frozen peach slices as ice cubes)
  • 1 cup (8 oz) brandy
  • 1 cup (8 oz) peach schnapps
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1.5 liters lemon-lime soda (7UP or Sprite), chilled
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (add a splash of cherry juice for extra sweetness, if you like)
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine the wine, brandy, peach schnapps, and pineapple juice.
  2. Add sliced peaches, orange slices, lime slices, and maraschino cherries. Stir gently.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or overnight if prepping ahead.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and give it a final stir.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit, fresh mint, or another pour—dealer’s choice.

Let’s cook with heart and hustle. And maybe pour one more.
