Chef Paddy’s Famous White Peach Sangria

Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) bottle White Zinfandel or Moscato
- 2 fresh peaches, sliced (or use frozen peach slices as ice cubes)
- 1 cup (8 oz) brandy
- 1 cup (8 oz) peach schnapps
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1.5 liters lemon-lime soda (7UP or Sprite), chilled
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (add a splash of cherry juice for extra sweetness, if you like)
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine the wine, brandy, peach schnapps, and pineapple juice.
- Add sliced peaches, orange slices, lime slices, and maraschino cherries. Stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or overnight if prepping ahead.
- Just before serving, pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and give it a final stir.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit, fresh mint, or another pour—dealer’s choice.
